Exchange

The exchange must be made within the guidelines in our Exchange Policy.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the exchange of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags .

Exchanged items must not be washed, worn or altered. We do not accept exchange of item where the hygiene seal has been broken or removed, nor of custom-made items.

  1. Return policy 14 days of receiving the original order
  2. We do not provide cash refunds for returns 

This Exchange Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

The only option for exchanging merchandise purchased online will be by post. All exchanges of online orders must be exchanged within 14 days from the day on which you receive your delivery. 

 By Post

To exchange by post, please follow these instructions:

  1. Message or email us for agreements
  2. Securely pack your merchandise, making sure to include all original shipping bag and materials.
  3. Post your exchange package at any local Post Office
  4. Your exchange will be processed within approximately 14 business days. You are responsible for properly packaging, labelling and shipping your product to us at your cost. 
  5. Please retain your proof of postage as a safeguard for your shipment. Please note that in the event that you choose another courier or shipping service with higher postage than what you have paid, you will be liable for the additional cost of the return. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.



International Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Domestic Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item.
