Shipping

• Due to the on-going COVID-19 situation, all small items with tracking service will be delivered to the letterbox. Please check your letterbox if your item status reflects delivered.
• International shipments will be substantially delayed due to global border closures.

We offer free shipping on all orders within Singapore.

Processing:

• Orders are processed within 48hr.
• Orders are not processed during the weekend and public holidays. 
• Orders above $60 include tracking number.

Delivery:

• We are not liable for wrong information given to us when shipping information is asked in check out point. If the shipping address provided is not correct we are not required to refund. You as a customer are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalizing your order.
• All unclaimed / un-deliverable parcels that are returned back to us will be shipped back at the customer's own expense. 
• Ikadancewear is not liable if your parcel is stolen if you requested a safe drop or wrote a delivery instruction to leave your parcel unattended.
